How does the payment system work?
The ticket price ranges from R325 to R375 per person, depending on where you are seated. This includes welcome drinks, a fabulous 4 course dinner and the show. A non-refundable pre-payment of R175 per person is mandatory to confirm your booking. (Please note: bookings are released after 24 hours if no proof of payment is received). The balance will reflect on your bill at the end of the evening. Beverages and gratuity are not included in the ticket price. Bookings are run on a first come first serve basis.

Can I get in without a reservation?
No, but you are welcome to call and see if there are any last minute spots available.

Are my Madame Zingara gift vouchers redeemable in the tent?
Yes they are, but please let the Box Office know if you will be paying with a MZ voucher.

Is it possible to pay in advance for a friend's bill?
Absolutely, simply contact the Box Office to arrange for a payment plan.

Can I book your venue for private functions?
Yes - please contact our Box Office for details.

What time is the Box Office open?
The Box Office is open Monday to Friday between 9 am and 5 pm and Saturdays from 10 am to 2 pm.

Do you take cheques?
For booking deposits we only accept cash, direct transfers or credit cards.

Is gratuity included?
No, however a standard 10% will be levied on tables of 8 or more.
