Q Which nights are you open?

A Madame Zingara entertains from Monday to Saturday; however she often extends her hospitality up to seven nights a week. So be sure to stay in touch with through her site or befriend the Madame on Facebook to stay in the loop about these special occasions!

Q How can I book tickets?

A The Box Office will be delighted to assist you with your booking Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5pm, and on Saturday from 9am to 2pm. Please call them on 021 001 3366 to make your reservation.

Q How does payment work?

A Please click on the Box Office Tab for full details of tickets and our pricing structures. A pre Payment of R175 per guest will confirm your truly unique and memorable dining experience.

Q Can I book a private space in the Theatre of Dreams?

A We have various sections within Victoria that can be kept exclusively for your group ranging from eight up to the full house. The main stage however remains the house & VIP favourite, so please be sure make reservations well in advance.

Q Can the Theatre of Dreams be used for Corporate and Private Functions?

A Most definitely, Madame Zingara is about Love and Magic after all! Email your requirements to boxoffice@madamezingara.com or call one of the ladies in waiting to assist on 021 001 3366.

Q Are you able to accommodate me without a reservation?

A Madame Zingara arranges precise seating for each show and therefore likes to know beforehand how many guests will be joining her for each evening’s spectacular performance. Madame Zingara however has built a life on living out of a box and therefore will endeavor to welcome each & every person that arrives her door.

Q Is gratuity included in my reservation charge?

A No, gratuity is optional, however on tables of eight or more a ten percent service levy is added to your bill. Our floor staff are all long standing members of a well trained team, and they are there to ensure that your every need is taken care of.

Q Is my reservation charge refundable?

A Strictly speaking no it is not, however we are very aware of life’s changes and we will do everything possible to get you in on another night.

Q What is your dress code?

A Bohemian & Burlesque. Intriguing & Fanciful. Enchanting & Delightful. Dress up, dress down, just be yourself and enjoy. However after a ‘few’ we always have costumes in the back!

Q What is the Bijoux Boutique?

A The Bijoux Boutique is situated inside the tent and gives you the opportunity to purchase a little of your own Zingara magic… Getting into character is not only for the uninhibited it’s also for the divine!

Q Can you help me arrange something special for a celebration?

A Yes we can and we do it with joy! The Box Office will help you arrange anything from a birthday cake, to flowers, to a hidden ‘engagement’ ring! Many a magical proposal has happened in Madame’s fantastical Theatre! But please do make these arrangements prior to your reservation.

Q Where is the Love Magic venue located?

A The Madame Zingara 2010 Love Magic Tour is situated at Melrose Arch on the site across the road from the Fire & Ice Hotel.

Q Where can I park?

A There is ample secure parking in the Melrose Arch underground parking area and there is also direct access to our site.

Q What time does the show start?

A The doors open at 7pm and you are requested to be seated by 7.45pm in order for us to start the magic at 8pm. Life is life and we are always available to accommodate late arrivals, upside children, absent spouses and errant parents in desperate need of a drink!

Q What time does the show end?

A The show ends at around 11pm, however the festivities continue till late.

Q Do you have a bar?

A Madame Zingara has several fully licensed bars, the Waterford Shebeen is situated outside, convenient for smokers, early arrivals and late night Disco chic.

Q Can I bring my own Vino?

A Madame has carefully selected (and sampled!) a beautiful selection of vino to accompany the nights gastronomic delights. There is excellent wine to suit every pocket and palate and we therefore do not have a corkage policy.

Q Are you Vegetarian, Halaal and Kosher friendly and can you accommodate special dietary requirements?

A The chefs will gladly accommodate any one of these preferences. Box Office will make the necessary arrangements or connect you with one of our chefs. Please however be aware that some notice is required in order to assist.

Q How often will your show content change?

A The Love Magic tour runs till the end of 2010, however we love a little surprise and often add some special friends that might be visiting for a night.

Q Can I take photographs inside the Theatre of Dreams?

A Yes with pleasure – however not during performances for safety reasons. Many of the acts are incredibly dangerous and a blinding flash could have catastrophic consequences.

Q Do you have an age limit?

A Little bambinos often find it hard to sit through the entire performance. Madame finds that bambinos around the age of ten are old enough to enjoy the full performance and are most welcome! The Theatre of Dreams is an escape for all ages however it is best enjoyed as an adult due to the length.

Q Are you wheelchair friendly?

A Everyone can partake in Madame Zingaras magic! Simply notify the Box Office when making your booking so that necessary table access can be arranged beforehand.

Q Is the Theatre of Dreams available as a location for Commercial, Fashion and Film shoots?
